Mediserve Nursing Agency

Mediserve is a wonderful agency. Since joining back in May 2022, I have had the choice of which hospitals to work in. Mediserve cover both public and private hospitals with shifts for morning, afternoon and night.Mediserve have an app that allows you to put your availability which is great, which you can also alter if something changes.Shifts are received via text message or by a phone call.Staff are polite, friendly.I would recommend Mediserve to anyone who is looking for a change.

My whole experience with Mediserve has been a positive one from the time I registered. Communication is very good, it is easy and straight forward. They have always responded to my messages or emails in a professional & timely manner. I worked for mediserve for 12 months. They were fantastic to work for. They allowed me to be flexible with my hours while I was finishing my degree, the bookings team were easy to deal with, and I enjoyed visiting many different facilities across the WA health system.

I have been working with Mediserve for more than one year and my experience with the agency has been amazing. At first, I wanted to gain some experience then transfer to another agency. However, I have noticed that even though there are several other agencies providing similar services, Mediserve takes good care of their staff. Based on what I've seen, you can do any shift you want everyday if you're available and not picky with the hospital you want to work at. In my case, I am a student so I can only do as much as my schedule allows me to. This summer break, I am having a field day with so many shifts being offered. Overall, it's great to be with Mediserve.
