Alex and the team handled our home renovation, unfortunately our project was not well managed with many issues like inferior tiling resulting in us having to use extra tiles at our cost, crooked plug points, damaged flush plate, tile edging coming off tiles and not being attended to, untidy plastering where wash trough was installed, laser cut door not painted, garage door not painted as agreed originally, loose shower unit, the whole the thing has not been secured properly to the wall in shower, and the list goes on. So many unfulfilled promises. Extremely disappointed. Our payments have always been on time, he wants 100% payment for work that isn't 100% complete, is that at all fair. We have incurred a big loss as a result of having him and his team handle our renovation.
