I've been here often, service generally is good. They don't always have the right meds but make a plan to order from the supplier. Shoutout to Sydney, he makes coming here an absolute pleasure.

Buddy system is stupid 2 people at 1 till helping each other not work, pathetic really guess if dischem was there clicks would be out of business, lack of hair care products that caters to everyone but rather one type of hair products..... What is this clicks? Why can't you hire people who want to work not the incompetent staff it seems you go out of your way to employ!!! This will be my last visit there

Went there on the 1ste of October and there was literally two people at the till with a very long queue no man you guys need to do better I mean whats the point of all the other vacant tills? Decoration??? The staff are always friendly but there’s always one or two people serving and it can really get frustrating if its a busy day we don’t want to spend our entire day at clicks we need to also visit other stores too

Pharmacists are efficient- they didn't have what I needed, the pharmacist called the supplier while I was there and I was notified to collect my meds a day later.It's not as well stocked as other clicks, I can never find the hair care products I usually use, and so just order it online from clicks.
