Clicks Pharmacy Bergville

This is the worst Clicks I have ever dealt with. We stay 40km outside of Bergville and went to collect my monthly prescription on the 2nd which was Sunday. I was told the prescription was due on the 3rd. We were a day early, really!!!!! Then I was told they did not have stock of some of the items on the prescription and would have to order Monday morning or we could go to another branch. I have collected my prescription here the past 7 months and have a repeat prescription with them. They know what they need to pre pack my prescription but could not be bothered to make sure it is in stock. Really wish they would change management and get the shop back up to standard. Pathetic Clicks and I will make sure everyone knows it.Details sent to email and you get nowhere. Just reply that they don't find anywhere where they requested contact details. Well done Clicks proving your incompetence again.

Nice to have a Clicks close by and no more travelling to Ladysmith. Great staff and friendly security guard make it easy to shop there...

Disgusted!!! I was in the store today 12 January 2023 and left very angry as the security lady at the door proceeded to unpack my handbag with her hands, she grabbed my wallet and cellphone out my handbag to look" in my bag... she did not do this to anyone else. 1. No body has the right to touch another person's belongings without permission. 2. We have just emerged from a pandemic and now some stranger shoves her hands into my handbag and touches my personal belongings. 3. I will be reporting this matter and I will take it further as I was violated in your store. Please get new security and protocol would be for them to have a stick to search peoples bags and not just randomly shove their hands in."

Fantastic service from the pharmacy. I am from out of town with a repeat prescription from port Elizabeth it was processed by Bergville Clicks in 5 minutes. Thanks very much
