I bought a cellphone on a debit card in the morning and took it back an hour later.They refused to refund the cash to me, which buying on a debit card is like cash to them. I now have to wait 4 days to get my money back from them, And in the meantime, I'm not able to buy another cellphone until then. I did explain this to them and they didn't care a damn and were rude to me.....DISGUSTING SERVICE VODACOM.

I had very good service from Aaisha, she really knows her stuff and converts your new phone to be as familiar as your old one as possible without forfeiting the new technology. I am so impressed with her

Craig, Daniel & Prudence go above and beyond to help customers. I called and emailed Vodacom for weeks on end with no luck but the team at Chatz Seapoint solved my problem easily. Prudence is brilliant she even resolved issues I was having with an app when the International company whose app ot was couldn't resolve the issue. I highly recommend Chatz SeaPoint.

I had one of the most frustrating week and a half with this company. I went there with my business partner boss to get a data package to work from home and after we signed the contract, the package was no longer available. Fine. We choose another one and that too was no longer available too then I decide on a another one but moments later the previous one was now available. After signing up and paying sim activation fees I waited so long for the contract to actually get activated. It was so frustrating because I didn’t have wifi at home at all and needed this urgently. And had to drive from Milnerton to Sea Point the entire week for this to be fixed. It was really really a let down for me. To think I went to MTN and got a contract and wifi within half an hour was even more shocking. I’m glad I cancelled! Awful experience!
