good dayi happen to buy a second hand part on a similar car as mine, i then confirmed with Merisha that if it doesn't fit i will return it for a refund all was agreed to until the day i texted them to inform them that the part(wheel bearing)doesn't match. i was told to prove that and it didnt. after that i was informed that i came after 7 day so i cant get my refund but that was never mentioned anywhere , but i informed them 2 days after purchasing the part...im very disappointed with east cast auto till today i still haven't received my refund im being told they are still awaiting feedback from the bosses..2 weeks and still waiting

HalloI have bought a car from East Coast Auto Sales. My sales rep was Zandile During the purchase their was some hiccups.. That causes the delivery to be late by over a month.. But the staff at East Coast Auto Sales went to the ends of the earth to rectify this situation. They kept me up to date on a daily basis of the delivery arrangements.. I am very pleased with their service, and even though through all the trouble they still kept their promise and delivered. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY BUYER. They show empathy and sympathy toward their customers..and they will do anything in their power to succeed in their business
