The best service:)!! Wow, what friendly and professional help we received the past weekend!I waited for almost a month at my local branch for my new cellphone! The service was horrible and I was constantly being lied to by disrespectful agents.I called the Worcester branch and had my new contract in place, as well as my new phone within 48 hours*! The store manager went out of his way to assist me and even helped me after hours with the porting.He was very helpful and friendly!Thank you for a fantastic experience at MTN.@JochenFebruary

You deserve a glowing report and should be rewarded at your next performance appraisal -- especially Viaan who took me through my new contract with so much patience, showed me the best deals and packages, explained from cable and charger changes to app store availability, I am very happy with what you came up with within a limited budget! Also, from Whats App to my Banking app, Google to Settings, everything was installed, explained and handled professionally, thoroughly and these gentlemen were exceptionally polite. I will most definitely go back! THANK YOU!!

My line was suspended even though I made payment 2 days ago. I called the store and Johan solved my problem in literally 10 seconds. I had called 2 other stores before and they said it was not possible to do it over the phone and I had to call the call center (which was offline).Johan, thank you very much. I really appretiated the efficience and kindness.

I was struggling since last year December to get my contract sorted out, I phoned Jochen February and he went out of his way and beyond to help. Jochen even delivered the phone.. He is an asset to MTN he should be awarded employee of the year.. Thanks Jochen once again
