Cell C Cape Gate Shopping Centre

Went to the store today to get a very unpleasant man who doesn't looked to impressed to be doing his job, who had to look up from his phone to notice someone at the door. To then be told that there is no stock in a very rude manner. The least he could have done was take my details to inform me when the stock would arrive.

Been waiting for more than 40min without any service, the que has yet to move. Staff move at snails pace. Store is full of waiting customers, yet staff don't seem to have a care in the world. If you are looking for service this is not the store to come too. The store either needs more staff or more efficient people working. Only two staff members in the store at month end..

After numerous calls to Cell C, 084135, I want to commend Gerryn Cloete for the time he has spent to fix the settings on my cell.I struggled for some time now as I could not make or receive calls, except for contacting on WhatsApp. He listened to my complaint, asked me if he could check my sim, which may have been causing the trouble. He took out my sim placed it in his phone, vice versa and called his number in my phone, which worked. He requested whether he may, went through my phone's settings, to be able to receive and make calls. Hands on, meticulous and step by step explaining what he was doing was a very comfortable reward when my phone rang when he called and his when he used my handset. I left with a broad smile, very contented. As I reached an outlet to pick up an order for my wife, my phone rang, a call from my insurance which I could not receive when my son-in-law was involved in an accident on his way to work, earlier a week before. Thank you GERRYN CLOETE, you made my day on 06 June 2022, two days before my contract would come to an end. I've had this number ever since Cell C opened their doors.

COURTEOUS AND BENDING OVER BACKWARDS TO ENSURE A SATISFIED CLIENT!!UNFORTUNATELY THE SAME CANNOT BE SAID FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK IN JOHANNESBURG - THEY ARE THE PITS!!! I've been with Cell C in Cape Gate - will be 8 years coming Feb & always found service very good, lovely staff & I just bought 100Gb (anytime & 100 GB nite) an hour ago for only R 340 odd. Brilliant deals for Dec 2021. Proud to plug Cell C in this cut throat age we live in.

I went to your branch at Cape Gate on the 10th of April 2021 and did a change of ownership. Of course stood in a long queue to be assisted. The lady assisting us promised that the change would have been done in 3 hours. Today it is the 15th of April 2021 and still no word from them. I contacted the Call Centre who confirmed that nothing was sent to them and nothing was done.This is really unacceptable.

I love shopping at Cape Gate instead of going out of our area. Walking distance. Same breath some exercise for the body and so on. Just not impressed with some shops that don't want to do deliveries in our area when others do.
