The food was great . The waiter was also friendly and polite . Had to wait for my wives plate a few minutes extra but they dod apologize and the food quality was worth the wait

We received the worst customer service from a male waiter called Mdu. He was absolutely rude and had no customer service at all. He even had the nerve to be having a rude conversation about us with his colleagues while we could clearly hear them. When we were paying for our bill we spoke to him and he blatantly ignored us and pretended he could not hear us and just asked us to pay. We decided to reverse our tip but he gave himself an extra R26 in addition to the bill.When we spoke to the manager, whi was friendly and ready to hear our plea. To that we are thankful. This is the only reason for getting at least one star rating in this rating.Please in future train the staff that a tip is given only when you give the customer at the very least satisfactory service and you give good customer service

Tomatoe soup is very nice. It is spicy and so little bit hot. Grilled salmon is delicious. Salad with souce should be tasted. Decoration and musics are suitable for fish restaurant. Service was excellent. If you want to eat something other than fast food in Hatfield, you should give a chance ocean basket.
