Clicks Pharmacy Cleary Park Centre

Poor service and this new ticket system is utter rubbish

Friendly, helpful staff, sometimes the waiting period in queues are too long!

Work ethics of staff is excellent

Today i was at Greenacres branch and i had a hardworking,friendly staff member by the name of Raquel,who help me with magnesium tabs,which they never had in stock.She willing phoned Cleary park,where the unprofessional Nadia Johannes (manageress) has stock,but refuse to sent it to greenacres.antonio who answered the phone said nadia did not want to sent it,the customer must come buy it from cleary park.when raquel said she will have to tell the customer the truth,antonio put the phone down in her ear.........all cleary park clicks staff need training,from the pharmacy to the frontline.they dont have people skills and they rude.while the queue is long,you need to still see cashier's busy talking to each other....clicks cleary park is pathetic...

I want to commend Abigail at Clicks Cleary Park for her professional service going the extra mile in customer service even though we arrived 5 minutes before closing she assisted with choosing gifts and wrapping them Thanks Abigail you are a treasure
