The worst customer service I have ever experienced!They are extremely helpful when finding a contract so that one may spend money at their branch UNTIL after you've paid, you come across a problem and they can't help you.I bought a 12 month data bundle for 1GB per month, however it was running out in the first 3-5 days of the month.I was the only one using it and there were no apps running in the background. I went in store to check it and they said that the man that helps is out that day - this happened four times.I asked to speak to the manager, they said they aren't allowed to give out details. (Why not?)Anyways, it's the worst customer service I've ever received and the gentleman helping me behind the counter was condescending. It has ruined Vodacom for me and I won't be using them again. Quite sad because they have great deals.

So I accidentally stepped on my phone, which I luckily insured. I brought it to them on the 1st of December last year, hoping that they'll be able to replace it speedily. I have since called them 4 times, giving them my job number and contact details. Each time they said they'll call me back as soon as possible regarding my query, which they never did... Now I'm forced to go there in person to find out what's going on (a month and a half later!). Bad service and lousy customer care, wouldn't recommend them at all.

I upgraded my data contract with a Black Friday special on 25 November 2017 at Vodashop Eikestad Mall, Stellenbosch. According to the deal I was supposed to receive 80GB per month, but receive only 60GB per month. I have been given the run around by Vodashop and Vodacom and no one is prepared to resolve the issue!! I was told by Vodashop that they have 3 reference numbers in order to show that they tried to resolve the issue....but that they cannot help me further.....WHAT???? They seem to be very proud of their 3 reference numbers...shame, don't they realize that its their RESPONSIBILITY to resolve the issue, since I am their customer...have been a loyal customer for years!!! This is more than bad service!! Shame on you Vodashop for treating your customers like this!!! Stop passing the buck and DO YOUR JOB!!!!!!!!!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Vodacom Shop Stellenbosch recently.I called ahead and they had the device that I wanted to purchase and all necessary paperwork ready when I arrived. The purchase process went very smoothly and faster than I expected. They tested my new device and SIM card to ensure that it worked fully before I left.They also gave me invaluable information re the device warranty that I did not know.Thank-you very much for the Excellent, Efficient and Friendly service!

Had a problem with doing a sim swop, I think what a lot of people forget is that the people working in the shop are purely there for sales mostly and not technicians - Stephanie helped me call the customer care line and sorted me out, was much appreciated, her dedication to help me was amazing! She's an absolute trooper!
