Best stay of our holiday!Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, most comfortable beds, The Stables will definitely see us every year from now on!!!We also made use of the Farmhouse restaurant and the food was delicious and reasonable priced!

It is really good material in a great position, but it needs some tlc. Left me feeling sorry for the current owners. Resonably clean and OK but could be do much better.

No Start, but have to give 1WE are trying to contact this establishment to get our money back, with no luck, such a lovely place, but due to BAD management it left a bad taste in our mouths.

Its vintage. The bedding, everything seems and feels original. There are cupboards you cant open. Its fun for anyone who likes authenticity. The outside court is perfect to sit and chat with vines draping the African moonlight. Its a small place suitable for a few guests. Family and teams. The town of Middleburg is small and quiet community with familiar faces. Perfect health facilities with good doctors and liquor shops" that sell local traditional and international wine brands.If you drop off at OR Tambo and you want to tour around S.A take the N1 route towards the Eastern Cape and you will see and learn about the History of South Africa...Its like living in the movies"

VERY unprofessional. Drunk workers, who did not know who we were, who gave us only one room, yet we booked 2 and there was no warm water. They also said we didn't pay yet we showed them the proof of payment when we arrived. The bar was empty, not even soda, and the room was dirty and a broken bedroom door.

Yes i have seen this place look awsome and the next time i am passing there that would be my first stop

Rooms were not great. Door to our bathroom was broken so couldn't close. Was cheap so probably what you would expect. A little cold in the room as we had no heater.

Even though some of the amenities weren't great, and there were some plumbing issues, it's a great overnight place. Perfect if you don't want to pay for extras that you don't need. Service very friendly. Feels safe.
