Very nice place, neat and tidy. Staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was happy (I was asked 4 times if I had been helped).

Definitely would not recommend this company. The Concept (previously known as Vertical Signs) did completed one small job for the company I was working for in December 2022, and surprisingly quickly given the traditional December shutdown period. Most frustratingly the good service was completely undone with the next job approved in January 2023. Once the deposit was made, the service was non-existent. We struggled to get hold of Jako, then when we did, he was either too busy with The Bloem Show/ judging sheep competition/ with other clients to speak to us - he even took other phone calls and checked other work when I drove down in May 2023 from Johannesburg to view the sign that we had been told was in production - well the material was at least there, or so I was lead to believe the material shown to me was for the sign that the deposit had been paid for. Several commitments to complete the job or refund the deposit were made by Jako and over 4 months since the deposit was paid, the sign is not built or installed and no deposit refunded.I have worked with many suppliers all over South Africa, including Mozambique and Zambia - Jako from The Concept is the first I've encountered to provide such unprofessional service.

Friendly and effective!

Very disappointed in Vertical Signs apparent lack of integrity. I referred a supplier to them and, despite NUMEROUS attempts to get hold of both owners this is still unresolved! They were FINALLY able to get hold of Carina she claimed to not have been aware of the outstanding....she was sent the account and now 2 more months have passed & still NOTHING...so all in all 5 months outstanding and it is not a big amount ....not a good show! The supplier is a SMME and cannot afford to carry ANY bad debts...What is WORSE & additionally crushing ....the reason the money wasn't paid BEFORE the stock was delivered, was because the supplier IRONICALLY knew that Vertical was under pressure to get the job out...and LEMON&LIME (the supplier) focused on helping them with a solution vs being strict about the payment.....This is not how business is conducted!
