Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, very low price. The Grotto restaurant is definitely worth a visit. I was concerned by some of the reviews after booking, but honestly was relieved after checking in. Great spot for a stopover

Worst stay ever.1st night we got woken up by the construction guys who had to destroy the wall of the room we were sleeping at.2nd night, we had to bath from a bathroom basin using dirty 5litre water! .

No wifi or dstv, bed smells and no generator.Lack of electrical points in the room one next to the bed or at the desk at least.For the price I would expect more.Staff is friendly and helpful though and the carport/garage is a plus.

Rude white guy at the reception, bad bathroom with broken tap, not working aircon, no assistant when you bring your grievance to the reception until you show your rude side. Save your money and look for other guests house

It's kinda hidden or you can confuse it with grotto but it's lovely, the pool is fine and it's really affordable

Very friendly to offer space in the kitchen freezer for our coolbag - but had to wait until 8 the next morning to collect it

If there was a zero available for the ratings that's exactly what I would rate this place. The customer service is very poor, their linen was dirty and smelly, our geyser wasn't working, their TV's aren't working, their pool is dirty and you can't come and go as you please because when it gets late the security is not available at the gate and you don't have get a gate remote. This is one of the worst places I've been to by far!

Bad. Only good about this place was the manager that was on duty with our check in. Aircon not working. Only 4 small sachets of sugar and 2 sachets of coffee for 2 people for the evening and morning. Noise from other guests righ t through the night.
