Nando's Bluff Drive Thru

I have no words .I loved the food ... it was amazing 5 star rating definitely.. it was so sanitary .. the food took about 10 mins to come .. and it was amazing love it

I haven't visited nandos in a very long time and suddenly began wishing for nandos, initially only I was going to get nandos and the rest of my family were going to eat elsewhere however, upon entering and seeing how awesome the place looked and how friendly and convincing the staff are, my kids and partner all placed an order and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Absolutely pathetic service and food! We buy from Nando’s Bluff almost every day. This is not the first time that we have experienced pathetic food and service, but we just never complained about it. Now I’ve had enough with the pathetic attitude and service of the staff as well as the pathetic food that we are served which is not even good enough to feed to my dogs! We ordered food last night via Uber Eats… I ordered the food around 20:30. Long after 21:00, the driver sent me a message saying that the staff at Nando’s Bluff had told him that I collected my order. So the driver left. I then called him and explained that I did not Collect the food and that I am waiting well over 1 hou for my food. He eventually arrives after 22:00. With warm, boiled-like food. I ordered 1 X Spicy rice and Chicken Strips, mild, with extra sauce and extra Chicken Strips. Let me add that this doesn’t come for free, I paid for the extra Chicken as well as the extra sauce. I received hard-boiled rice with boiled-like or steamed chicken strips, with absolutely no sauce. It wasn’t even appetising to the eye. I also ordered Corn X 2, mild with extra sauce. I was given boiled corn/steamed corn, which was just thrown on the grill for a second. Absolutely dry with no sauce. In the order was also a Chicken Prego roll with Spicy chips. Mild with extra sauce. There was a bun with a dry steamed chicken fillet. No sauce or flavour whatsoever with some onions. It’s so disappointing because we buy food from this branch almost everyday. Being in Transport and not being able to eat a home cooked meal everyday we usually seek Nando’s on the Bluff because it’s close to us and the food and service USED TO BE of excellence. This was way back when the owners used to manage the branch themselves. We called and explained to the Manager what was the problem and we told her that we are coming in and want a refund. We arrived at the store at 22:00 and they were already closed before we had arrived. They are supposed to close their doors at 22:00. We asked for the Manager and said that it was us who called just now. All the staff members were looking at us and speaking in Zulu, none of them opened the door or even came to the door to assist us. Instead, the 1 lady who claimed to be the Manager was absolutely rude and arrogant! She was screaming and speaking in her language at us from behind the till. All we wanted was our refund back or proper food, what we paid for! We did video the response of the staff and I will surely be posting it on social media. I will definitely be going back to the branch today for my refund! We work hard and expect what we pay for. Without Transporters the branch wouldn’t even be functional! It is very clear that the staff of this branch treat their Customers differently based on their race. This is absolutely appalling! I will never be supporting this branch ever again after this pathetic service considering that we are frequent customers. Irrespective though, every customer should be treated the same, despite race, gender or social status. I will also be sure to post this in the transporters groups so that no other transport supports this branch! I too am a business owner of multiple businesses and that’s the reason I’ve never laid a complaint before as I understand the issues of dealing with staff and the training process. This however is gone out-of-hand and is absolutely unacceptable! Nando’s keeps increasing their prices but their standards have dropped drastically! I will be sure to take this to the Nando’s head office. Hopefully I will get some assistance from them. The Bluff Nando’s doesn’t even deserve 1 star but unfortunately I can’t give them a review without selecting at least 1 star.

Clean store with beautiful African themed art, decore and seats. Chicken was well prepared and served quickly.

It's okay... Nothing to write home about.... What makes one franchise different from another... It's a question that I have pondered on... Really.... How is one Nando's different from another Nando's or one Steers from another.. And the list of franchises can go on..As an observant person... I would say location, parking, the cashiers taking orders to the kitchen staff, the set up and waitering.These are areas that make a huge difference.I was refunded on my coffee because the waitress spilled the coffee all around the mug.There was no sweetener... Only sugar sachets.When I ordered the coffee, I was asked to take tea because coffee wasn't available. I refused... After a while I noticed someone coming in with a new coffee maker.The waitress looked unwilling to be friendly. She was curt. Extremely disappointed with the presentation and the service.The manageress was friendly and helpful. She seemed disgruntled with the service of her staff.This is an average place which offers average service delivery.RegardsIA

This is most probably the most clean Nandos I have ever been to. From walking in, the seats the bathroom everything.Which makes it even better is the polite and friendly staff!Keep up the great job.

I ordered online in advance to collect my order later in the day.Got there at 4:30pm, the time I ordered for online for my pick up. Store was clean.My food was ready for collection so didnt need to wait which I was impressed with and service with a smile. Had a good experience overall for my first time there.
