The system is upgraded, no need to queue to order your favourite meal. There are 3 more extra cashier screens to service yourself then you collect.

I was there on a day the area was experiencing loadshedding. They weren't open. That was a let down for me. Most KFC's I've been to have found a way to keep working during power outages. But when they are open, staff are friendly and service is usually quick.

Effective workers and good operational team and structure.But please try give quality food for money paid for . Sometimes your meat is short . So I make sure I count my meat before I leave there .And your toilet should always have tissue for your customers.Last time night a mother have to come out of the toilet to ask another costumer for tissue for a her little girl. Ridiculous

I ordered in advance and was told it would be ready 20 minutes from the time I ordered, I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes on top of that. My order was missing items and the staff did not help when I told them the order had missing and wrong items. Very disappointed in the service I recieved as I lost money and the food was not even subpar.

Service in this branch is quick. In and out. I have used this branch in different hours if the day and the service is the same. It is always clean.
