Vodacom Shop Newcastle Mall

In store service is good specially when making sales.However the after sales support and migration of contract is extremely poor. I have been waiting for more then two months. Hardly any effort made by the staff to resolve queries. Very disappointing experience from such a well equipped branch. Effort is sluggish and management not much help neither. When calling instore they do not return calls. I expected better Vodacom Clearwater, branch next to HP.

Your vodacom store at amajuba mall is a terrible place to enter. Rude staff and no care...Will never deal with vodacom again!!!!!Went next door to mtn, they helped me:-)

Went for upgrade, was told no stock but if it arrive they will call me 2 days later I had to phone to find out. Done my upgrade the Afrikaans gentleman helped me because the one who was supposed to phone me about stock was on lunch. I was told that all my paperwork will be mailed to me still waiting, upgrade done 22 Feb 19. Phoned to ask about my mail in a unprofessional way was told all consultants are busy, sorry, did not bother to ask for my contact details. Why sould I beg someone to do their work.

Absolutely horrible service received. I bought an iPhone online and was delivered swiftly; however; within a few weeks I noticed that the battery life did not even last the entire day. When I approached Vodacom Shop Newcastle Mall they refused to help me return the device or at least have it sent to repairs. The lady assisting told me clearly that since the phone was purchased online they could not help me since I didn't purchase it directly from their outlet. Instead they insisted that I pay them to send the new device to their repair center when I was shocked that I had to pay more they advised me to call their call center/customer care. After spending over an hour on the phone I was forced to leave without receiving any help; thereafter; I contacted Chatz Connect - Amajuba Mall. The ladies there were sincere and immediately asked me to drop the phone with them. 3 weeks later I received communication to collect my device and has been working perfectly since.I went to two of the same vodacom outlets yet I received completely different service. Are their policies not the same? do you not help customers just because they bought their devices from a different vodacom?Well all I'm saying it that don't go to Newcastle mall you will be disappointed with their terrible customer service""

Service is not that great! More like the staff operate absent minded and do not give the right information. Store is always packed and more like they're in a hurry to dismiss clients and not actually give solution to what brought them to the store. I think staff should improve on their client service so to have more happy costumers.

The worst customer service ever they fibre sales person promise you the moon and star and after the sale gone through and he's got his commission he never returns your calls or help you when you have logged a fault with Vodacom multiple times and try to get it resolved in 7 days but he is too lazy to pick up his phone Vodacom is the best customer service when your phone them but I mean like what service there is no service I've been on hello Peter about this situation I'm having with Vodacom I never had a trouble with Vodacom I've got a Vodacom contract with my phone but since I took out fibre through Vodacom it's been hell I have logged more than 10 phone calls with Vodacom themselves I even drove to the shop for them to just show me away again and not helping and promising somebody would phone me me back so I had to waste my airtime they or quick to take your monthly balance when it comes to your contract but not as quick when it comes to resolve an issue

The service at this Vodacom store was excellent. I went to upgrade my phone and called ahead and talked to Nadine. She was extremely helpful and held out the phone I wanted for me. She had a new contract ready with my arrival and the manager uploaded all my old information on the new phone. They were so friendly. It was definitely one of the very best Vodacom stores I have ever visited. Thank you for your excellent service!

Me and my son visited the store to get a new contract for my son and an upgrade for myself.Upon arriving we were advised by the security to wait outside due to covid protocol which we did.We explained our reason for our visit n were issued with 2 tickets.After a short while we were allowed in and were met by a friendly consultant who began assisting us.A few minutes later the security came and asked that my son leave.The consultant than explained to the security that we were there for an upgrade and a new contract for my son which I had to sign for.He also asked the security to stop troubling customers unnecessarily as there were only 3 of us in the store at the time..The security that called the manager who came and requested that we leave.I told my son that it is better we get it done elsewhere and left the store.As a vodacom customer who has 4 cell phone contracts ,2 data contracts and spend roughly R4 0000.00 monthly with vodacom and also who had previous upgrade done at this store will NEVER visit this store again.!!!

The consultants were exceptional in their areas and demonstrated what teamwork means. Thank you guys, and I'm happy to be a Vodacom client. This is review is for Vodacom Clearview, Constantia Kloof, Roodepoort, Gauteng.
