This pharmacy was the only one in PE that has my son's chronic medication in stock and we needed it urgently. I phoned ahead of time to arrange and when I got to the door ahead of closing time I was denied access because they said that they were closed. This is not the first time I experienced bad service that this pharmacy but this time they crossed the line.

Normally good service. Website says closes at 13:00, arrived at 12:52 to collect a script, but was advised they're closed.

Terrible, so slow. Stood for 25 mins with only 2 people infront of me in the que. Don't waist your time, run somewhere else, it will be quicker and better for you.

I went to the Pharmacy on the 19 March 2020 to hand in my chronic script and once again like many times before, between Peter and Charmaine, they have not submitted my script to the medical aid... When I went to query, they have lost the script, which was again not the first time... I have never in my life experienced such horrible service from any person... You should question your integrity as a pharmacist... yes Peter, you are the main culprit.
