Not happy with service. They submitted my husband's UIF claim in June 2022, it's a year later and still no outcome. Just keep receiving emails every month stating they still busy with the claim. When in fact we made contact with the UIF department, we were informed no documentation was even submitted on the system for any claim. They charged us a fee to submit all documents to UIF of R1050, and now refuse to refund. Would not recommend their services to any one.

Absolutely no service from them. need to follow up constantly. had to phone UIF offices myself a few times just to get any sort of feedback. just fricken ridiculous!
