- was upsold immediately to the interior detailing and tyre shine package but inside was not properly cleaned (see pics)- very little soap used, only went around once with the pressure hose. When I had asked to please wash the wheel again, was told it's done already"

On Wednesday 22 February, I took my mercedes to Supawash Rand Park Ridge. The previous week we had lost my wallet with a substantial amount of cash in the wallet. When my car was returned, the staff had found my wallet with all the cash and cards intact.Thank you Ace, David and your team for your honesty, many other places would probably not have returned the wallet at all. Besides getting good service and a superb car wash, Supawash Rand Park Ridge has honest staff. I would definitely recommend Ace and his team at Supawash Rand Park Ridge. My car is still dirty after a 2hour wash, and has two long scratches on the driver's side. I had to wait endlessly for some app which ended up not working, Never setting foot here ever again!!!!

They did an amazing job and payed attention to detail. Went for the house special my car looks like it just came off the show room floor.

I had a interior and exterior wash on my BMW X5. The Supawash person that opened my doors and sprayed with the power wash got water into the door buttons that operate the windows and wing mirrors ( switch located on front door panel burnt out due to water ingestion - BMW confirmed this) . I contacted the owner he said his insurance would pay he has cover. Been trying to get Shafiq the name i was given from the Insurance company , to tell me which insurance company he represents and when will the claim be finalized. Its been 2 weeks now. I shared the letter he requested from BMW, I shared picture of switch and the burnt board. I have no windows operational. Its wreaking havoc. Hope to get feedback as Shafiq will not share any detail whatsoever on who he is, company he represents, and relationship to the owner of Spanish woodmead.

Excellent service very friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. Wait times are generally not excessive but do budget for an hour depending on what you are having done with your car. I have a high end German vehicle and I feel save leaving my car in their care.

Said please wash the car and get a smell out. Fair enough not to get the smell out completely but the quality of the wash and attention to detail really not good.

Absolutely amazing service. Everyone was friendly and handled my car with the utmost care. They went the extra mile to ensure everything was to my liking. Even went into the small crevices to ensure no water was left behind after the wash. Something overlooked by most companies.Thank you ACE and Val for the excellent service

The friendly manager Val reassured me that all my requests would be met. They not only surpassed my expectations but they went above and beyond.
