I contacted this company for the first time in August to get a quote for vertical blinds. They promptly came and took measurements and 2 days later I selected the material and asked for a quote - and didn’t hear from them in weeks. No email was answered and when I phoned the guy promised that he has placed the order (obviously a lie since I never got a quote, hence never made a deposit) and would contact me as soon as he has any news.It is now the second half of November. After many frustrated emails and phone calls where promises were made but never kept, the guy finally came again and took measurements again (!) and this time I set him a deadline for the quote for 5 days later. Needless to say he let this deadline pass too.I thought small businesses really needed business, but obviously not. Not sure how they make any money when their staff is so not interested in getting in any business!I then contacted another company, which came out the very next day, took measurements and sent me their quote 3 hours later!

Generally a good experience, however reps from other companies produced quotes faster.
