I went to do my gelish and eyebrows wax at this place on the 24th December, would I reccomend this place? definitely not. My nails are ruined, they broke on the 27th December. After my wax the nail tech reccomend I buy some oil there in the salon to apply on my skin to avoid skin reaction, it does not work infact my skin reacted worse, after spending so much money there I regret using their service,  how does gelish application last 2days only.  Go at you own risk. See pictures for the disaster that happened, I uploaded them under photos. The only positive thing is that they follow Covid19 regulations

Doing my nails at this salon was the worst experience ever.1. Nails not filed the same length or shape2. Some nails filed so thin it will take a year to be healthy again even though I requested that the gel be soaked off and not filed off.3. The old product not filed off were scraped off with a steal nail pusher.4. After applying gel, excess product was again scraped off with the nail pusher with FULL FORCE. After 3 days my cuticles are still sensitive.5. The more I think about it the more I realize that this was done on purpose.6. When trying to pay, I had to wait patiently for staff to finish their chit chat before someone finally decided to assist me.I have been doing my nails for more than 15 years but this is the worst I have ever experienced. I normally keep quite and just don't return but this cannot be left unsaid. This salon will never see me again!

I am a returning client and was very impressed with the quality of work. However, yesterday was NOT good!Firstly, I had to fix my nails myself when I got home. It was not filed neatly, there was acrylic polish underneath my nails and on the skin around my nails.Secondly, the staff was talking to each other the whole time in their language while working on my nails. That is just rude. I am sitting there to get a service, not to listen to their stories that I don't even understand.Thirdly, when I wanted to pay, they said the card machine was not working. They didn't tell me that beforehand or the morning when I phone so that I could make arrangements to take cash with me. So, I had to walk to the nearest bank to try to withdraw enough money...I am very upset! I don't even want to go back. I thought I finally found a place that I am feeling comfortable going to but it's not the case now.In the future I will ask for my specific nail technician at the shop because I have never had problems like this with her.

Hi So this was my experience at advanced skin technology where I had decided today to get my nails done, I have not done my nails in a while but went in on the 18th last week ,last minute, no appointments, because it was my birthday. First of all the nail tech that did my nails ,very friendly and professional. The other ladies professional but came across very uppity for some reason,as though I were not welcome. Second I thing i thought was a little strange ,another lady came in and the other ladies were very interested in helping her, I assumed she must of been a regular customer, I feel if you want me to become a regular you could treat me with the same courtesy. So moving on to my nails ,the nail tech had to search around for a nail file to work with, she filed my cuticles raw ,then pushed my cuticles back with no form of cuticle gel or oil,i See I am a nail tech so I know the procedure ,I never tell another how to do their job,but in this case is it the owner or nail tech at fault regarding lack of equipment, she could not properly finish filing my nails ,it hurt so bad. I have had people starting nail courses that hurt me less. Tried to fix them they look terrible a week later and they are pretty much falling off.

I went to do my nails on friday but on saterday the gel started lifting and peeling of, some of the gel wasnt even completely dry underneath. So yes im unhappy and i wont be returning to advance skin technology again.

I would not recommend this place to anyone else. Firstly, I went to remove my gel nails, the lady filled my nails aggressively to the point that it started to hurt. She then proceeded to file my nails in this manner until there was basically no nail left on my fingers. Secondly, it is very obvious that the staff lack professional experience with regard to the removal of gel nails, my nails are RUINED! To top it all of the price does not match the service they provide at all!!

Filed hard and Cut me in the middle of doing my nails to the point of bleeding. As well as not doing the style i requested and refusing to fix it when I asked, do not recommend please do not go here
