Stocks most of what I usually need. Mail orders arrive in Durban the day after. Excellent communication; respond promptly to emails, amend orders when needed, return calls, phone me for clarity or if there's is an issue. Polite, respectful and apologetic mail orders staff. Always a pleasant experience. Neil and Ian technical advise are amazing

I will never forget the way you chased me out of your shop when your sales person made a mistake on the incorrect RC car given.And you never even offered me a discount on the incorrect pricing. Just chased me out and said you are not Pick n PayIt was my Son's birthday on that day and he was very upset.I will continue to post this so that the rest of the potential Customers know that you are in it for the money and not the service!So keep on wiping the very bad reviews of your site. I will put it back. Just another way how you try to hide things from Customers.Show your true colors in the shop like you did with me and you will see how your business will shrink!NOT A FAN!

Excellent radio control catalogue. Heli support is a bit limited though.Pricing a bit on the high side on some items.Frequent Spender rewards only applies for walk-in customers for some odd reason.Good location

Sadly I probably spend more than I should in this store.I don't bother shopping around because I get good service there, and today they just fixed my plane that was malfunctioning, because I was a tool and connected the battery incorrectly.Very NB, they almost always have things in store and don't have to go off and order from somewhere else.I did make one plane that was a bit of ballsup and when I could not get the retracts working, they offered to swap out the plane for a very good deal.I am very happy with the team there and will continue to support them. They also contribute a lot to the hobby locally in terms of training us wannabes and supporting our club.

Took in glow plugs to be tested, was told they were dead. Bought a new igniter (almost half the price from another shop), retested them and all are fine. Best to go if you looking for something specific and have done your research. Nice range for air rc - not much car spares. Lots of items are over priced, best to shop around beforehand.
