Excellent customer service.I dealt with Benni, who despite not being able to purchase a guitar amp from me, was able to organise a courier to ship the item to another buyer in Johannesburg.The courier arrived promptly, and delivery was successful.They go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction.I would most certainly recommend their services.

Mercury Music delivered outstanding service. Within 5 hours of contacting them, the courier they arranged to pick up our appliance arrived. Really good considering I live about 70km away! They reported back in 2 days on the repairs required and the work was completed in 3 working days. They were upfront about costs involved; helpful in advising on an insurance claim; and professional in their invoicing. The work was completed as per our request plus additional cleaning up of the appliance that we hadn't asked for. I recommend them highly.

Bought a used dj controller from Bennie. The unit wasnt working from the moment i plugged it in at home. After battling for just over a month and getting no support from Mercury Music Bennie agreed i could return it. Only after i hand the unit in i get told il have to wait for my cash refund. He said that it would happen by the end of the week. This was almost a month ago. If im lucky il get a reply saying payment will happen shortly. I would most definitely not recommend this shop to anyone..Update as of 10/12/21Mercury music has credited me. Issue resolved.
