2 counters operating, 8 people waiting, 4 staff members standing around. Person at counter 2 is disrespectfull, greeting a person by saying whats yoyr ID? After waiting 40 min he could not help with invoices an when I enquired about changing my contract he said that I must get take a new number and wait in the line again.

Applied for home wifi, all documents fine. But given the run around because of capital letters on my payslip and small letters on my statement salary reference. No communication on progress.

As usual staff are lethargic and feel they're doing you a favour. When I entered I was already told that they are offline and finger print reader not working however in a little while I was requested to give my thumb prints and miraculously they managed to process something but then suddenly again offline come back tomorrow I'm told.

Terrible service! Waited 48 minutes to purchase data bundle. Floor manager and staff kept walking in and out without bothering to attend to clients into back office, until I had to ask her for assistance. Mr. Cindi had to rush through clients to make it to us. May aswell make him floor manger as lady was useless.
