I went there for the first time today for parrot food and accessories. Beautiful bright big shop. Lovely sign-writing. Liked the parking right in front.Unfortunately, the Animal Zone Fruit Chunks and Plumage were out of stock, waiting for a delivery. I had to accept a brand I did not really like or want. I don't accept the waiting for stock excuse." Deliveries from suppliers only take two days

Absolutely love the willingness to help in this store! On more than one occasion the manager or staff members had to go a little extra for me - I came a a few minutes after closing/find me a special item that was out of stock everywhere/exchange a faulty item etc. These sound like general retail things, but the eagerness that they did it with and wont-quit-till-its-done attitude ia what sets them miles and miles ahead of other stores. 100/10 would recommend to every petlover

Didn't have my normal cat or dog food in stock. Staff don't care. Skip this branch and go to Lynnwood Lane they are well stocked and very helpful.

Very nice place to buy your dog food and my dogs love the soft chanks I bought there,and very friendly people and helpful people work there,and the dog foods prices is good there.

Thank you to the very friendly staff who helped me find a cone for my cat at another store. She's much more comfortable in it than the one from the vet!
