Bad news

Made a booking then tried to change the pick up address which is impossible to do!!!. Phoned call center holding on for more than 15 min without anybody answering. Very poor service

We received great service!! We reveived a phone call and sms when our driver arrived, perfectly on time. Driver was friendly, drove very safely. Happy with this service! Thank you

Horrible service and terrible drivers that don't even know how to drive a car. I never have more than one or two drinks when we go out and I use goodfellas because I would be over the limit, but I have made them pull over multiple times to rather let me drive because it's safer for me and any other passengers in the car

I must convey the highest of respect and appreciation for this company. My experience with them blew my mind, and, I am going to share it on every single platform I can. I came up to Port Elizabeth for the week for work, and, after going to the shops realised in the evening that my wallet was gone. I was so sad, as my ID and drivers and everything was in it, including some cash. I kept praying that whoever finds it at least throws the wallet away after taking the money and hopefully someone finds it and I by some miracle get it back. The absolute miracle is that an employee from good fellas did find my wallet... Not only did they go to extreme lengths to get hold of me, every last cent had been left in my wallet. Where do you see this kind of honesty and integrity... Deepest respect and gratefulness to them. Speaks volumes about the ethics of the company❤️❤️❤️

Not reliable service! Often dont pitch or are very late - yet still charged for service! Latest asked them to pick me up from office and drop me off at car dealership only once they picked me up they then refused to drive me further. Dropped me off in the middle of the road, raining and still charged me for it!

Easy, safe, fast. Always a better choice when having a night out.
