Good prices. Friendly staff. They have a strange practice of not reserving stock when you place an order. Very annoying. Lots of disclaimers to that effect everywhere. Nice long drive only to find out the stuff you ordered a few hours back is no longer there when you go to collect.

The staff in the Express store is very knowledgeable and quick to assist - you can be in/out in a couple of minutes if they are not too busy.However, it's the complete opposite in their dispatch department - simple orders of a couple of items can take up to an hour (or longer) because they simply take their time to pick & process your order...even if you order in the morning and collect in the afternoon...Avoid dispatch at all costs, and rather ask the guys in the Express store for assistance ;)

Quality of products is not good, they refuse to refund your money or exchange it for something else. You are forced to take the same product which was not working correctly from day one. Do not buy ear pods from this company as it only plays for 5 minutes after being fully charged and then switches off due to low battery. We spent a lot of money at this store. We bought a coffee machine and guess what...the free pods that was advertised to come with the coffee machine was stolen out of the box. I would not recommend this shop to anybody...very disappointed.

My supply brand esquire is very good but the staff sometimes they confuse us as if we are there to disturb them most of the time is on return side that desk always empty no one there you have to wait until someone come if you are lucky then you may find some one there

Basically purchased UPS for around R3 700.00 in June last year, by the end of December it was faulty. I took it back as it was still under warranty. They supposedly checked and stated that the battery is not covered and quoted me R2 417.00 to fix it.Lets just say, I will not be purchasing from this company or advising anyone to do so.
