I Do maintenance for an old age home.... The stove was Out of Order for almost six months( before my time) already and needed a Thermal switch.... All the repairers we called simply said we don't get the parts anymore"..... I drove to Ras Appliaces with not much hope because of what the guys said..... To my surprise the young lady behind the counter knew exactly for what stove it was and 5 minutes later I was on my way.... That is real Professional service..... I will use them again...."

Let me rather just say, they are a bunch of thiefs. After waiting almost a month, our washing machine is still broken. Unfriendly personal, unqualified workers, a total disgrace. NEVER USE RAS APPLIANCE, NEVER. MONEY STEALERS!!!

Amazing service!!! Our fridge hinge broke and the fridge we have is no longer on the market,so no spare parts available. However, Schalk still went out if his way to help and he managed to fix it for us.Great to have people still going over and above to help!
