Nothing better than starting your day with a swim! The Kleinemonde East River is the perfect river to do this in. The river does not run into the sea but a short distance across the beach is the ocean, so you have a choice of river or ocean. This river is clean, with parking nearby. Even on a rainy day, the water was a lovely 22 degrees , so still enjoyable
