Staff are awesome, hard working employees, my issue is with the claims and head office, I used my insurance at the store in November 2021, was told to go to bluff tyres, the guy left work however all documents were given. Then I gave another guy my details. Then Michelle from head office called requesting my details again. After that I never heard from them. My messages to head office was ignored. It’s not the stores fault but head office issues. Really disappointed with claims

Bought four new tyres (reasonable price). Hi-Q had to repair all four rims as they damaged it. Employee paid for damages because of company negligence.
