Very unprofessional. Left in the middle of a treatment to attend to another client without any explanation. Gel started chipping after only 6 days.

Nail tech did acrylic and gelish for me, it wasn't great, I would say they were okay. Not worth the money spent though, it was way overpriced for a mediocre job.

There is zero value for your money here, the nail technician kept filing my cuticles. Was also not very pleased with the end product. My nails came out feeling too thick at there is still nail polish and the top coat on the edges of my cuticles.

Really good customer service, they ensure you’re comfortable and even offer coffee or tea to drink. The nail tech Lungile did a really good job, I liked how my nails turned out.

I had the privilege of being massaged by Siphiwe and my gosh she is absolutely a 20 out of 10, she did a fantastic job, thank you Siphiwe for great service I hope you are acknowledged enough for your great service.

Me and my daughter had a booking today at 14h00 tO have our nails done at Sorbet The Glen. The booking was confirmed yesterday.As we got there this afternoon, no one was aware of our booking.Manager not on site and staff very unhelpfull.This was the second time this happened.The first time around we made a full booking for manicures, pedicures, facials and masages for 2 people. Quite a bit of businesses for one morning.When we got to them, they could not din our booking and this after they confirmed the booking.How is this for client service. But I was to glad to spend my money elsewhere.Just one tip to the staff. Wake up you do not know whow that client that you have just messed with, really is.
