So we went to Shoprite in PMB with my friend who was visiting for the first time. We bought charcoal and firelighters and the lady by Nosiphelo Mntungwana was extremely rude just because the cashier kept one till slip since we were doing a refund. It was so embarrassing she made us feel like thieves and when we finally got the slip from the cashier she didn't want to check it but instead her colleague took it. This made us feel less of peopleand she ruined our day especially for me because I'm hosting these people all the way from Cape Town!! Please train your securities this is unacceptable

Had a very bad experience with Nosiphelo Mntungwana at Shoprite in PMB....that lady needs a proper training she was so rude to us. It was my first time in PMB and i will definitely never go back to Shoprite again because of her alone!
