THE MOST TRUSTWORTHY EVER!!I sold a substantial amount of gold and platinum jewellery to Mr. K at the Worcester branch. They have the best service I have ever come across in my life. Ella Burnett, the manager came directly to my house. Weighed and tested everything in front of me. Gave me a receipt and sent a quote the same day. A certain piece was a chain with gold nuggets and couldn’t be tested at home. It was sent to Cape Town to be scanned (at their cost) and photos were sent with the pieces on the scan. The money was paid immediately into my bank account. Mr K is DEFINITELY trustworthy and Ella Burnett is one of the most professional, friendly and honest people out there in this trade.
