J&S SUSHI ATHLONE

Order placed through bolt food app. Wait wasn't that long. Sushi was fresh and looked good. I've tried many places for sushi and always felt disappointed. J&S sushi deffs did not disappoint. Will deffs keep J&S on my sushi place list for future.

Their chowmein is flavourful and worth its value. They're very generous with their portions. I've had their sushi before and was very impressed. Their service is also timely, make sure to call for pickup if you don't want to wait.

The sushi is nice however I can't say it makes up for the wait time. I ordered via the app at 1:30 and the only time available for collection was 3:45. Got there on time and no one was there to help the customers. They don't answer the phone and you just have wait till someone eventually comes out. 30mins just standing there waiting and a woman comes out to hand over someone else's order. She walks right pass everyone standing there and goes back inside, not asking anyone's order numbers. 20mins later she comes out again and fully intended on walking pass everyone AGAIN, we had to stop her. Another 40mins later and finally comes the food. The food is not presented to regular customers the same way it is to influencers. But the biggest problem was the fact that there was no communication whatsoever. People don't have 2+ hours to sit in their car waiting for food. No customer service, not even a apology. As nice as the food is I wouldn't recommend js sushi to anyone.

I've been seeing people rave about J&S The Sushi Was yummy, I can't Fault it 9.5 /10 for me , I will be back for more very soon!

I’m not really a sushi lover but I literally crave the prawn crunch from J&S sushi. Honestly Tasty and delicious. This is a must try.

Decided to try their sushi and went the the Kuilsriver branch. Service was very good and they have a big variety of different sushi.I ordered the California rolls and Maki combo for R100 with a side order of egg fried rice.The sushi was good but not great.The egg fried rice was not good.The rice and other components was fine but the chicken had a fish sauce flavour to it which was not that pleasant.

I have ordered from them a few times via the pekish app. The portions are large. Be sure to use the app when ordering. The wait time can be significant at times. The sushi is adequate and presentation is done well . On one occasion they forgot to add the ginger and wasabi to my order , however all other times my order was correct.

J&S Sushi, thee best, had the prawn crunch and chicken crunch and chicken Chow Mein, sho, was soo good, employees was so nice, will definitely order again.
