No water but management dropped the rate and gave us enough bottled fresh water for the night. Good breakfast and service despite diffident Amsterdam municipality

Very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, apart from cold plates on a cold night. The bedroom was clean, matress quite warn, the toilet seat was cracked in 2 places and painful to sit on! Very noisy bathroom door. We were given an extra bedspread for warmth but couldn't use it as it stank of smoke and was not clean. The garden needs a cut and clean up. Apart from that the owner was really friendly and the prices are excellent. I would recommend this lodge to stay over.

Nice place to stay in Amsterdam, Stanley he is indeed a great host. If you are in the area and you need a place to sleep Glen Oaks Lodge is the place.

This is the only accommodation in Amsterdam. Stanley is great and accommodating. The restaurant on the property serves delicious very affordable meals.
