I placed an online order and did not receive it for more than an hour. I expected that someone would at least call and explain why its taking long but no one did. I had to call and wait another 10mins on the phone so the lady could find out where my order was then she tells me its still in the store. When i asked her why it took so long she said si busy akere".Very bad service! Not impressed at all."

Ordered at 1438 via the call,it's 1840 now I haven't received my order. I understand it month end so the store is busy but I am disappointed to what they did after I tried calling them on the number. They took my call and continued with their job and never said anything to me. I could hear them literally calling out orders(giving people their orders)at store in the background, it's like they were tired of the ringing phone hence they answered and just left it like that. God I hate myself now because that was supposed to be our supper with the kids but now everything is ruined

Waited 45 min for our food,all good if your busy but watching the lady's packing the orders and seeing how the orders lay 10min before they pack and release it,is not good service. Ended up with cold food when we finally received it and on top of it all they did not even bother to but sauce on 2 of our burgers. Not impressed at all..

Had a run in with the lady servicing at the till this evening at 19h00. She refused to change my order from a King Steers burger to a King steer Meal. Just felt this was unexpected as they usually have a lovely lady there to assist. Although the wait wasn't to long the food was good I didn't read an attitude from some one that should value her job and serve a customer with a smile.

Pathetic and slow service. Order placed at 18:47 it's standing on 19:25 and I still awaiting my basic order of a Wednesday special and large chips. No management involvement either. Crazy.

Shocking service, takes 3 hours to get a successful delivery with staff inept to cope with basic communications. Give up and try another business - best try something you know.Food cold and just a waste of time and expense.Our order was handed to the next door neighbours...come on Steers Why not ask for order number on handover....? I'd not given then do not hand over. Give drivers GPS's with hands free communications. Driver has a phone why also not phone the client. ...?

Great Steers, just absolutely pointless to go buy your food there in store. They just took 25 minutes to process an order in store because they give priority to deliveries. I guess all the food delivery companies require them to prioritise orders to them, so won't bother actually driving to them in future.
