It was short notice, I was looking all over for an affordable storage place but all places rates were farm prices and not friendly service at all. I came across big storage, I called them and got amazing help from Roxy, when I arrived to view the unit the service was topped up! Really kind and helpful and makes you feel part of the family! always recommend them to everyone in need of storage place. Safe, secure and very clean and neat. Also, there is a very kind lady that is with Roxy at the branch that's also very very kind and welcoming!

I was very stressed out when I learned that I was going away for a period of time and needed to store my belongings, however the friendly staff at big store really made it very easy for me. thank you Roxy and Marcia for being so helpful. The storage area is very neat and clean, easy to access and very secured..
