Received great service from Zanele, from requesting a quote to the team coming to do the installation, everything was done quickly within the space of 2 days. Installation is very neat and perfect as well. Highly recommend the team at PVC Floor Tile.

Zanele the sales lady that helped me twice was superb but sent me 2 different sizes of tiles twice, this in turn ended up costing me on labour and time.They then sent a guy down who actually only repairs the machines for them to bi cut the tiles to make them fit, which was not the agreement.Alec the owner doesn't even know what's going on in his own company, ignores my calls and messages. The refuse to send me the correct tiles after I've already paid for them.Please don't support this company seems like they just want your money and you don't get the correct stock and they also very hisitant to assist in getting the correct stock down.If I could I would give a zero.Rediculous poor service no one knows what is going on

The guys came out on the same day to measure up. I received the quote the next day. This was approved and two days later all the flooring was laid to perfection. Great service levels. Well done guys.
