Food is good, service not good, once bought a 24 piece and only counted 23 when got home.

Disappointed with the food, the chicken was so dry and oily, some chips was tasted half fried. The front staff are very pleasant but the quality of the food has got improve.....

I was served by a lady whom ordered a wrong oder for me i ended up paying 3times more than what I had budgeted for and instead of her apologising to me she made it look like it was my fault. Very rude

Normally full but this time was empty and even though they were still cooking food, they offered to contact the other KFC and placed our order for us. We just went to pay and collect at the other KFC.

The place was not cleaned or checked by any cleaner for over an hour i spent with the.kids, if a customer needed table space, they had to clear the table themselves. If I was alone, would have left but nonetheless the kids were just happy to be out
