When I arrived a hour late on Thursday for a diagnostic I was greeted by Power with a smile.The service ladies booked me in, gave me a coffee voucher and kept me updated throughout the process.I walked through the showroom and took some pictures of the beautiful carsOverall an excellent experience

Top class service all round from Kelfords Ford. Recently took delivery of my new Everest, and super happy to say the least. It was a bit of a wait due to the stock shortage, but the team constantly kept me updated and in the loop. Delivery process was smooth and very informative. We purchased our wonderful Ecosport Titanium 4 years ago....such a beautiful vehicle and so proud of our acquisition....over the next 4 years we received the most attentive and efficient service one could ever wish for. All credit to Tristan his team....then just after our warranty expired the vehicle developed an engine problem and had to be replaced....all we could imagine was dollar signs! How wrong we were...Ford's after warranty service was absolutely perfect...with no hesitation and no negotiating they replaced the engine at no cost whatsoever....yes excellent service does exist...thank you Kelfords...you rock !!
