Today was the 2nd time I was disappointed by this salon's customer service.Not only did I need to wait 20 minutes before i was greeted by the stylist, but I was told she would not cut my hair the way i usually cut it. I was not accommodated in any way and basically left after waiting for 20 minutes, without my cut.I find it aggravating to think that someone would be that blatantly rude and willing to let a sale walk out the door without a second glance.Surely if your salon has a policy that does not allow for dry cuts, it should be communicated in a more suitably and not in a because I said so" manner."

Christi is fabulous and my hair looks fantastic and feels fantastic. Saint is also wonderful. The prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I really love this place, very homely and the staff are very friendly. the Hair stylists are honestly the best AROUND! I am never disappointed! LOVE, HAIR ON SHORT!
