I rate this clicks and their pharmacy - 10.MOst inhumane people at the pharmacy even if you drop dead in front of them they won't care. They have the medication to help you but won't go that extra mile of being a human. Im asthmatic so I needed pretnozone which cost like R10 for couple they refuse to help insisting I need a script which cost R250 where is the sense how can an unemployed person afford this???worst part they didn't even offer me anything else that could work in a similar way. Where did all the human beings go too?? Are people this cruel? I could have died, they could have gave me a few just to drink there

5 stars to the best manager at Seadoone mall Thabraiz Fariuk. He went to a lot of trouble to return my shopping bag. Thanks for your kindness and honesty. It's so good to know there are still good honest people in South Africa!

We went to Clicks Galleria Mall for our cronic meds EVAN who wasn't helpful asked me if I don't want a generic of my Blood Pressure meds and I said no I would take the original....and he just said well they don't have it and carry on giving my meds WITHOUT my blood pressure meds !!!!!! We really think to take our scrips to Dischem or just a private chemist!!!! WE AS PENSIONERS had the trouble to drive to Seadoone Clicks where GILLIAN helped me...SÒ FRIENDLY AND WITH NO ISSUE AND NO PROBLEM said they don't have it but SHE will order it for us and it will be there the following day....but the same day she PHONED me and said it is their and we can pick it up.....THAT IS GOOD SERVICE....WHY CAN'T ALL THE CLICKS DO IT????.. but it is all about GILLIAN TOOK THE INITIATIVE BY HERSELF ..WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE THAT ......THANKYOU GILLIAN because of you we will stay at Clicks..Hope to find a GILLIAN" at all the Clicks!!!!!!"

Pathetic customer service putting it mildly. NO STARS FOR YOU!!! Paid by card for toilet paper. Then wanted to do a separate card purchase for something els the cardachine would not work. The gentleman that helped me was kind amd this os not the problem, but I was told to go draw cash. I went to the atm amd was not working, so at this point im furious because now I haveto draw at a different atm which costs even more. Just tell me who carroes cash around anymore lately..... Now already frustrated and furious I went back to clicks and asked a lady working there that looked to me like a manager if they are going to pay my charges due to the fact me having to draw cash, she gave me a look and just said I can get the manager on the phone for you, you can talk to him. Now I'm livid at this point so I told her I don't want to speak to the manager and I took my business elsewhere. Beyond pathetic customer service!!! I'm realy so angry I am in two minds whether or not I should ever support any clicks ever again.And to top it off I was given a new clicks card not that long ago - I was told that it works and that it is registered. I know for a fact I should have points on there as I have used that card at that branch a view times after they supposedly registered it. Today the gentleman told me it not registered. He registered it for me and checked again for points - nothing ........ People work hard to accumulate these points - why did no one before this tell me the card is not registered - funny enough being the same store that seposedly did the registration. You are pathetic!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would do it!!This store doesn't adhere to Covid-19 protocols and definitely doesn't care about their customer's.I had to stand in a row for about one hour because of the limitation of only 20 people in the store. When I inquired I was told only 5 people.were inside but because clicks only have one pharmacist they only allow 5 people in at one time.This without communicating with the customers, some which were gravely ill standing and waiting. Shame on You Clicks Seadoone!!

To wait 45min to gather medicine is unacceptable. A waste of people's time. There are local businesses non corporate that are in need of my business, and that's where I'll be going from now on.And what is a dispensary charge. Clicks is a retailer to the pharmaceutical suppliers and now there is an additional charge for medication. You make a profit off the public, government makes theri vat, and now there are more additional chargers? I'd love to see this explanation.

If I could rate this lower than a 1 and still be able to write a comment I would. I had the misfortune to shop (or at least try to shop) twice at this Clicks in the past 3 days. The first visit required that I look for someone to open cashier points so that the 5 other customers and myself, waiting to pay for our purchases, could do so. The only cashier on duty at the time was assisting with a long discussion with a customer who was clearly unhappy with their till slip detail.On the second occasion I needed to purchase an item dispensed by a pharmacist as self medications. The problem was that although the shop had been open for half an hour there was no pharmacist on duty so no medication could be purchased by myself or the other customers waiting for this service. I am not sure why a Pharmacy would be in business if not able to dispense and sell medicines. I have seldom met a more disengaged manager of any business.

so far i have had best service here, no complaints, even the staff i have come across are always willing to help
