Was disappointed ito paying for a fridge order on the 3rd and still not having it on the 14th. Also had issues exchanging inferior air con blocks with dodgy power cable fittings that then get sent for repair only to fail on you again later. Customer service generally tardy, with limited exceptions.

Totally unhelpful personel who are only interested in their own cellphones. The attendant at the till expected me to lift a 20liter can of paint so that she can scan it. No wonder I was the only customer in the store. I cant even give it a one star rating

Not my favorite general retailer, but I like the fact that they frequently offer specials that fit the budget. Theye are also not a bad choice for electric equipment and other electronics. In fact, I bought my Defy gas stove from Game and I am impressed with their customer service.

Standing for nearly 10min awaiting service. In the time I stood there not 1 GAME personal in sight but at the furthest end of the store the personal is on their phones having a JOL and chatting as if there is not 1 client in store. Eventually after asking twice for assistance 1 cleaner came up and said to me sorry the lady is on lunch. Question - is there only 1 person to help a client in the store. We have spend thousands of rands in your heidelberg Game store and this is the treatment one gets. Absolutely pathetic. So when asked for the manager OH SORRY HE IS IN HIS OFFICE WITH NO EFFORT TO EVEN CALL HIM. SO I TOOK MY BUSINESS TO ANOTHER STORE WHERE I WAS GREETED WITH A SMILE AND GAVE ME THE BEST SERVICE.GAMESTORES IF THIS IS HOW WE GET TREATED IN YOUR STORE - WE WILL NEVER SUPPORT YOU AGAIN. LOADS OF OTHER STORES THAT WANT AND NEED THE BUSINESS ....REGARDS.

Shockingly poor place. My first mistake was going into Heidelberg Game, again. Bought 3 Amaze wall heaters, super dumb of me as 2 of the boxes were open. I should have known right away that they were reselling returned stock, it's the kind of careless mistakes they make. Got home and put the first one up (from an open box). Light went on but it didn't heat up. Same story with the second one from the second open box. The 3rd one in the closed boxed worked. Second mistake I made was bringing the 2 broken ones back in one of the wrong boxes. Instead of using logic and accepting that I'd been sold two broken/previously returned heaters. I got back a broken one and only one was refunded. This game is k@k and the sloppy service clearly permeates down from their shoddy and never present management. Not the first time I've dealt this nonsense. Trust me. Run Forest. Go out of town for your goods.

People are very quick to complain, so it is a real pleasure to compliment the gentleman in the department that sells vacuum cleaners. I did not get his name (we were there 16/03/2023 at about 9:30 am) he was very knowledgeable /friendly and went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction with our purchase. Kudos to Game for employing such professional and friendly salesman.

The staff at this store gives the Game franchise a terribly poor image. They are unhelpful and unreasonable. Those in management are even worse because they do not respect the customer. They are not knowledgeable about the products they advertise and sell.Even if they sell you a defective product they will look for excuses and make you go in circles instead of doing the right thing and resolving the matter promptly.It is honestly a horrible experience to shop here. My experiences have thought me to avoid this store.

Terrible shopping experience. Staff at Electronics department is non existent. The lady there did not have any knowledge. I went to buy a TV. She could not answer any questions. After standing around waiting for someone competent ...he is coming"

Very neat shop, but they can improve on training their staff. In more than five occasions we had to wait more than 10 minutes for someone to assist us.We only had good experience in the computer and printing division, ladies there were very quick.

The staff at this game are rude and have no customer care whatsoever. I tried to buy a TV and the lady came to assist us after we waited by the TV section for 30 minutes. She then refused to sell me the TV even after i explained to her that I have a TV license number. The only thing I didn't have was my physical ID. But I told her I could email her my certified copy. She refused. The way in which she spoke to me was rude and unprofessional. I wonder if this game trains their staff on customer care.
