A bad place with poor management, expensive rent and a horrible maintenance. No back up when electricity is gone but so quick to send letter of demands when people struggle to pay. Bad service 24/7

They don’t take their tenants seriously. I have not received our deposit to this day as the guy who was assisting us kept giving us the run around.

There is too much noise from morning till midnight. There is no order. The caretaker does not care about anything. The safety is compromised the boom gate can take months without working. You are sent to pillar to post when it comes to the deposited money. Their communication service is very bad you have to go after them.

The place is dirty, no response to our queries or concerns, too much noise from morning till midnight. Anyone and everyone can access the building quite easy. No attendance to noise complaints. Parking is a mess, anyone can park anywhere.

This place is clean and a safe space for kids. I love that they dont allow spectators (players only) so guaranteed the kids are safe .

A very nice place in a normal medium density suburb. Rent reaseanable. I only doubt its security measures as entrance is not strictly controlled, wall surrounding the complex not complete and alarms not yet activated. Noise not controlled

Bad care-taking services. Queries and complaints are never responded to. Not secure, security gate is often left open, allowing easy access to everybody and anybody.
