Dear SirI want to really thank you for the wonerfull job you did during the December-January holiday season. You really ensured that the boat stayed afloat when the system crashed, when you were short of staff, when eveerything seemingly turned against your office. You managed to effectively communicate with the clients, set back-up systems in place and even as head of your office, jumped in yourself to make things work.I wish I could have made a video of the way you attended to every problem and setback to show it to the other offices as example of how things can be done. You are a great asset to our town.May you be blessed and may your office grow and flourish under your command.

Good system that is being used and staff were helpful and friendly. Before I went to Kokstad I phoned the manager and she answered quickly and assisted me with my query. The general phone lines and email communication beforehand was unsuccesful.

I had to wake up in the morning drive 70KM line up ouside in the cold only to be turned away and told that my application has to be made at my home town i only live 68KM from Kokstad but I was turned away i will be taking this matter further. I spent money to pay for gas only to be turned away.

Home affairs kokstad..is fast and efficient, service with a smile..my son,wife and myself did our smart IDs in under half and hour..esp the good service by Mr Sanele Mbanjwa..
