Staff incredibly rude to my son today, he just sterilized his hands and they insist he didnt the lady behind him asked me whats going on he did sterilize, they made him go back and resterilize, these were the tellers who are busy on the tills and cant see properly what is going on. His hands still wet from the first sterilization. Was it just a power play? Absolutely pathetic, that pep won't see me again
