Dreadful place! You get low vibrational, unprofessional staff who are only helpful when it suits them. All they seem to do is stare, chat with their favorite clients and help to spread malicious gossip. Gym instructors are bully & dont cater for beginners. The place is dirty, it's starting to look like the Umlazi branch. Dreadful!

What a dismal place...management doesn't give you the attention nor is the club neat and clean..it's become another virgin active. Take ur money and smile while doing it..my opinion Tyrone should take over management of your toti branch as that young man has the right idea,and understands client relationships. I was suppose to join but after how management can tell you they don't care one is a professional athlete and disses my federation when mentioned.. absolutely a waste.. I hope Pinetop is not the same,cos toti may destroy all expecting of this new brand,which in my opinion is crashing the new look

Yes the receptionist desk is very unhelpful poeple working thier.and st.....pid.But the floor staff is very good and always willing to help.And they hardly play music to pump up your spirit to gym.So its very boring and quiet.just bring your headphones and gym

I like this gym the equipment is very good and it works! By far the best if you compare it to the other useless gum in town. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love the boxing section and the spa is so nice. Bathrooms very nice a hook for your towl will be nice but otherwise nice gym. If you serouis to workout and want excellent equipment and not chatting making friends with staff this is the gym to join

No customer service! I want to apply for a membership then I get told someone will call me. I need to follow up then once again someone will call me back. I'm still waiting.... 3 days and counting.

Poorly run. Facilities are terrible and dirty. The only thing they get right is your monthly debit order. Save yourself the trouble and go to Virgin Active

Worst gym and company I have ever came across very unprofessional and rude staff we took out gym memberships with them and the 2 ladies at reception are always rude and gossiping about the members as well as the gym instructors stare at people and gossip about them instead of assisting and being professional... the management and owner has a don't care attitude towards this and recons you need physical proof as it is a he said she said (Like we carry cellphones while in gym) they can black list me I don't care I will never embarrass myself further in a unprofessional environment and rudeness as I might just loose it. Go to Virgin Active guys they have a passion for what they do and makes sure that you gets treated the way a person should think the gym companies owner should really re look at his way of running a business but obviously once you grow too much you get a no care attitude

Been at the gym for 2 years and counting. Friendly staff, you treat people with respect and they will return the same respect.. If you ask for help they are always willing. Most negative comments or reviews is due to people that don't read their contracts before signing and then they complain afterwards.(sorry né!) The Gym Company can be proud what they achieve. There will always be complainers in this world, and it actually reflects on their shortcomings. No pain No gain..
