A very poor quality service offered by this company. They dont read or respond to emails, threy dont have the decency to phone clients or make any actual effort to maintain relationships. Definitely would not reccomended or use this company.

5 Star for Anton, no I didn't buy anything and he didn't make any money off me but he assured me that making a big decision like this takes time. There was no pressure from him at all, what a refreshing experiencing . He has earned my trust since usually when you tell sales people in any department, that you no longer willing to buy from them you're either ignored or shown their irritation with you. Anton showed none of these . When I ready to buy in the near future he will be the first person I reach out to.

It is unfortunate that i write this review, but I need to warn other people out there. My experience with NS Property Solutions are purely based on rental agents, I would definitely not recommend them. Tenants left over night, without the proper notice, property was left in a bad state and all they did was telling me there was nothing they could do about it. Eventually after going back and forth, we had to take it on us to get the property back into the condition it was when we started our agreement.If you looking for an agent that takes your property interests to heart, please look somewhere else.

Pieter and Irma were great, they assisted us and showed us a great experience when viewing our potential property. We loved it so much, now we're in the process of owning it. Upon our occupation they gifted us with some snacks as a welcome pack. The special treatment they gave us and continue to give us, in terms of any inquiry we might have, is exceptional. I am posting this on behalf of my parents who recently purchased a house though them, at first everything seemed to be going all well until the day when the keys were handed over.The flatlet on the property does not have warm water nor a geyser which the agent did not disclose, we found this out on the day the keys were handed over, we also had multiple back and forth questions to which we were given the most vague responses.Till today my parents still don't have the water and electrical certificate. The plans of the house was not handed over and my father was informed that the plans was with a builder and he has to fetch it himself at the municipality.The professionalism displayed I have no words for to which I will not recommend anyone purchase a house though them. The only reason I am giving one star is because I cannot give 0 without writing a review.
