Very helpful & understanding. They were able to treat my Angora rabbit & my kitties. Always willing to accommodate to the needs of the animals.

My baby, Crayonz (12) has been with Hayfields Vet since I first got her. She's quite problematic in terms of her medical history but shes always been in good hands. Dr Clover has performed 3 successful operations on her, had her teeth scaled, progressively treated her for severe allergies and general medical aspects. He's checked up on her post all ops and has a vast amount of knowledge in pet health and is always pleasant, professional and compassionate. She had recently lost her eyesight- Dr Clover consulted and referred us to an ophthalmologist that accessed and diagnosed Crayonz in an apt, knowledgeable and supportive manner. The best part about him is that he has a personal relationship with his patients and it seems as though each is special to him. His care for our pets is equivalent to that of a family GP. Crayonz has also been tended to by Dr Paul, Dr Adank as well as Dr Mills in Dr Clovers absence. The front desk staff are lovely as well, they are attentive, pleasant and always happy to offer assistance. For anyone seeking superior medical and general care and for their precious little ones- I highly recommend Hayfields Vet House.

When our pet child got sick and it seemed touch and go at one stage, not only was she extremely well looked after but the attention and care she received meant that she was able to pull through. Thank you to ALL the staff and highly competent and professional vets for being there for us again! These people are all genuine pet lovers!!

I got a quick appointment for what could have been a serious problem. The reception staff are efficient and add a relaxed atmosphere to a place that could be stressful for both owner and pet. The veterinary staff are thorough, explain well and gentle with your friends

Made an appointment on the day and took my bunny, Pippin, for a haircut (to get rid off some badly matted hair). The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the vet was so careful with him. Definitely recommend them!

Dear Dr Clover...I wish to sate that recent visits to your premises, you & ALL your staff have been very caring, professional and thorough in the way you have dealt with my pets. Initially it was my fox terrier, Fred, who was diagnosed with kidney failure, middle of last year. You’re honest and compassionate manner was not only touching but reassuring. More recently my ‘sort of’ Jack Russell (Berty) has had a number of issues. Again you have shown not only compassion and assurance but you have also been very thorough in his diagnosis and treatment. I feel it is important that I express my appreciation, because often it’s easier and, sadly, more satisfying to complain. I must also state that I have actually been visiting your clinic / hospital since you opened in the 1980s, I think, and in all that time the above also very much applies. Graham

Received a phone call from Derek and all issues resolved my point of view there was a very big misunderstanding and miscommunication and cause of these trying time frustration set in. We apologize for the bad review and have now changed it to 5 star hayfields has been good to us thank you to Derek for the phone call to sort it all out. I would not take my dog's there if they were not good. Also the the reception is very friendly and helpful. The vets are very good. The cleanness of the establishment is of high standards
